Shipping & Returns


We now offer Free Standard Shipping on ALL items to anywhere in the US on purchases of $150 or more!

At Fan Cave Autographs, we take pride in providing quick, efficient delivery services. Our products typically leave our facilities within 24 hours (Mon-Sat). Our standard shipping options are provided by USPS Priority Mail & FEDEX. Upgraded shipping options are available for expedited delivery. 

Domestic (Within the USA): All items now include free standard shipping in the US on purchases totalling $150 or more. If you desire expedited shipping, the cost will be calculated during the checkout process. We ship daily Monday-Saturday to ensure your item arrives in a timely manner.

Outside of the USA: We offer international shipping via USPS International Priority or Expedited or via FEDEX which will be calculated during the checkout process. In some cases, international shipments will experience delays due to customs, and unfortunately we cannot control this type of delay. You will  be responsible for any import or customs fees for your delivery.



You may return most unused, original condition items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Returns must be requested and approved by email first. Items must arrive in the same condition as when it left our possesion, including any tags or certification/authenticity stickers. Removed tags or certification/authenticity stickers or damaged items will void your refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please Note:
    There is a 15% restocking fee on all autographed items.
